02. Activation
Every key is redeemed on the publisher’s official website or app, for example norton.com/setup for Norton or setup.office.com for Microsoft Office. Our How to Activate page has the exact steps for each brand.
Yes, we recommend removing other security software before installing a new one, so the two programs do not conflict.
Check that you copied the full key without extra spaces and that you are redeeming it with an account in the correct region. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the error and we will help.
Many products let you redeem a new key on the same account to extend it. The publisher decides how this works, so check the steps on the brand page or ask us first.
03. Refunds
Contact us with your order number. We will help you activate it, replace the key, or refund you if we cannot fix the problem.
Activated keys cannot be returned because they are tied to your account. Please read the Refund Policy before buying.
Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Norton, McAfee and Malwarebytes plans cover Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. WatchDog is for Windows PCs. Microsoft Office Home works on one PC or Mac. The product page lists the exact details.
