Return & Refund Policy

At KeyGuard we sell digital software licenses (license keys and download links). Because a license key can’t be “returned” once it has been seen or used, please read this policy before you buy. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.

When a refund is possible

• Before delivery: if your license key hasn’t been delivered to you or viewed in your account yet, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
• Our error: if the key we sent doesn’t work because of a fault on our side and we can’t fix it or send a working replacement, we refund you in full.
• Not delivered: if you paid but never received your key, contact us and we’ll deliver it or refund you.
• Duplicate order: if you accidentally ordered the same product twice, we refund the unused duplicate as long as its key hasn’t been viewed or activated.

When a refund is not possible

• After the license key has been delivered, viewed or activated, all sales are final, except in the cases above.
• Downloaded or activated software can’t be returned.
• We can’t refund a key because you changed your mind, bought the wrong edition or region, or because your device doesn’t meet the publisher’s requirements. Please check compatibility before you buy, and ask us if you’re not sure.

Key not working?

Most activation problems are quick to fix. Contact us with your order number and we’ll help you activate the key on the publisher’s website or send a replacement key. See also our How to Activate guide.

How to ask for help or a refund

Contact us with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM US Eastern). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money usually appears within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. We can usually solve it faster than a bank dispute. If a chargeback is opened, the related license key may be deactivated while the dispute is investigated.

KeyGuard is operated by Infinity Solutions, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is an independent reseller not affiliated with the software publishers.
