Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

KeyGuard sells digital software licenses. There is nothing to ship: no box, no disc, and no shipping charges. After payment you receive your license key and activation instructions by email. If you created an account at checkout, the key is also shown in My Account.

2. Delivery time

License keys are normally delivered by email within 15 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases, for example when a payment needs additional verification, delivery can take up to 6 hours. Orders placed outside business hours are delivered automatically in most cases. Orders that need manual review are handled on the next business day.

3. Delivery confirmation

You receive an order confirmation email when you pay, and a separate email with your license key and activation instructions when the key is issued. Both are sent to the email address entered at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.

4. Payment verification

To protect customers against card fraud, some orders are checked before the key is released. We may ask you to confirm your details by email. If we can’t verify an order, we cancel it and refund the payment in full.

5. Didn’t receive your key?

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search for “KeyGuard”.
• Make sure the email address on your order is correct (it’s shown in the confirmation email).
• If you haven’t received your key 6 hours after payment, email contact@keyguard.store or call +1-866-558-4109 with your order number.

6. Undelivered orders

If you paid but we can’t deliver your key, you get a full refund, as described in our Refund Policy.
