Usually yes. Once you redeem a key, the subscription is linked to your account on the publisher’s website, for example your Norton or McAfee account. Sign in there to reinstall without the key.
Your order number or the email address used at checkout, and the product name. We only resend keys to the original checkout email address.
Resend requests are handled during support hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern, usually the same business day.
The fastest ways to find your key
- Search your inbox for “KeyGuard” or your order number. Also check spam, junk, promotions and archived folders.
- Sign in to My Account on KeyGuard if you created an account at checkout. Your orders and keys are listed there: My Account.
- Check your publisher account. If you already activated the key, your subscription is also visible in your Norton, McAfee, Malwarebytes, WatchDog or Microsoft account.
Ask us to resend it
Fill in the form below and choose Order Status as the subject. Please use the same email address you used when you placed the order and include your order number if you have it. For your security, we only send keys to the email address on the order. If your email address has changed, tell us in the message and we’ll verify your order another way, for example with the last four digits of the card or the PayPal transaction ID.
