The rules that apply when you use keyguard.store and buy from us.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of keyguard.store (the “Website”) and to every purchase you make from it. The Website is operated by Infinity Solutions, a registered proprietorship (“KeyGuard”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.
We sell digital license keys for third-party software, such as antivirus, VPN and productivity products. We are an independent reseller. We don’t develop the software and we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, its publishers. Your use of the software itself is governed by the publisher’s own license agreement (EULA), which you accept when you install or activate it.
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including the edition, term, number of devices and, where relevant, the region in which the key can be activated. Product images are for illustration. Publishers may change features, names or system requirements, and the publisher’s current information applies.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any discount displayed. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Your bank may charge currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or a payment can’t be verified. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
License keys are delivered by email, usually within 15 minutes and in rare cases within 6 hours of payment, as described in our Delivery Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct email address.
Keys must be activated on the publisher’s official website or app, following our How to Activate instructions. Keys are for activation within the region and on the number of devices stated. Activating a key outside its stated region may not be possible.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short, you can get a full refund if your key hasn’t been delivered or viewed yet, if it was never delivered, or if it doesn’t work because of a problem on our side that we can’t fix. After a key has been delivered, viewed or activated, sales are otherwise final.
You can buy as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not resell keys bought from us without our written permission, use stolen payment methods, attempt to access parts of the Website or other customers’ data without permission, or interfere with the Website’s security or operation.
The KeyGuard name, logo and Website content (text, design and graphics), other than third-party trademarks, belong to Infinity Solutions. Norton, McAfee, Malwarebytes, WatchDog, Microsoft and other product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
We provide the Website and our services with reasonable care and skill. The software itself is provided by its publisher, who is responsible for how it works. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
